The Floury Apron is Caroline Murphy's café and deli. She calls it a lifelong dream: food is never far from her mind, and she studied sports science in Carlow, commerce in UCC and took a chefing course in CIT.
The kitchen makes baking and desserts fresh every day. Named suppliers on the menu include Flahavan's, O'Crualaoi, Gubbeen, Clonakilty, Ardsallagh and Java Republic, and the coffee is Stone Valley.
There is outside catering, occasion cakes and takeaway boxes too. To make a catering or party order, call 021 487 8937.
